With your fingers on both sides of the male screw, lift up on the female screw until you feel it pop out slightly from underneath the male screw. Then rotate your fingers 90 degrees so that they are pointing toward each other and lift up again on both sides of the male screw until you feel it pop out slightly from underneath again (see image below). Once this happens, try turning the female screw by hand while holding onto both sides of the male screw until they go all the way through and reconnect themselves together (see image below).

If you are not using a silicone head, please cover the female screw with something soft and avoid touching directly with your fingers when you try to remove it.
Here is the detailed step-by-step process:
1) Get your tools ready: The tools are very simple; all we need is a small screwdriver (such as eyeglass repair kit), a pair of scissors and a mirror. Sometimes it would be helpful if you could use an electronic scale to measure the weight before and after removing the head so that we can get more accurate results on how much weight was lost when drilling holes into our dolls’ heads; however, this is optional if you don’t have one around!
2) Turn off your heating pad or other heating device
If you are using a silicone head, please use a piece of soft cloth or towel to cover the female screw before you try to remove it from your sex doll’s body.
Use a small screwdriver to loosen the female screw on your sex doll’s head.
After loosening the female screw, turn it counterclockwise until it reaches the limit. Then, use your fingers to unscrew it and pull out the head.
