After School Activities That Don’t Involve Makeup!

Have you seen this viral video? I was sitting at home, minding my own business, when I saw it come across my Facebook newsfeed. My first reaction was “Whoa, that’s intense!”, but as I watched it more and more I started pondering about how she’s not alone in this. And she won’t be for long! That video goes to show that even the toughest girls need their pick me up after a long week of high school drama! If this sounds like your daughter or someone you know that could use an afternoon of fun, then check out our list of after school activities aimed at the female demographic.

Art: Painting and drawing are a great way to get in touch with your creative side.

If you’re not an artist by nature, don’t let that stop you from trying! Painting is great for anyone who wants to express themselves through art. You don’t need any experience, just a brush and some paint!

Here are some tips on how to get started:

Get the right supplies. To begin painting, all you need is a canvas or paper, brushes and paints. You can buy these at any art store or craft store. If you don’t have all the supplies, ask a friend or family member if they have some lying around that they could lend you until yours arrive in the mail. Just make sure it’s non-toxic so that it won’t harm your child if they accidentally ingest any of it while playing with their new toys!

Choose what type of painting you want to do first: portrait or landscape? Portraits work well for children because they’re usually more realistic than landscapes (which tend to be more abstract). If you choose a landscape painting first, then try doing portraits next time!

Playing sports after school has so many benefits.

Getting involved in sports after school can have a major impact on your life. Here are just a few of the reasons why:

Sports build confidence. Playing sports pushes you beyond your comfort zone and challenges you to learn new skills. You will get out of your comfort zone while learning new things and meeting new people. This can help build self-confidence and make you feel good about yourself.

Sports keep kids fit. Sports can also be a great way to stay fit, especially if they are played regularly over a long period of time. It’s important for kids to stay active in order to maintain a healthy weight and body weight percentage, as well as prevent them from becoming obese or overweight in the future.

Sports teach teamwork skills. Sports also teach kids how to work together as part of a team — an important life skill! This can help them build relationships with their teammates and friends throughout their lives (even after they stop playing the sport).

Sports encourage children to set goals and work toward achieving them with hard work and determination — two qualities that will serve them well throughout their lives!

Spend a few hours volunteering at a soup kitchen or animal shelter.

Volunteering is a great way to give back and help make the world a better place. It can be as simple as helping an elderly person cross the street or as involved as building houses for the poor.

Here are some other things you can do:

Spend a few hours volunteering at a soup kitchen or animal shelter. If you don’t have much time but want to do something good, this is an easy way to help out.

Volunteer at your local food bank or homeless shelter. You can donate food or money, or just spend time getting to know people who need help.

Help someone close to you with an important project, like fixing up their house or taking care of their kids while they’re sick.

Donate blood — it takes less than an hour and could save someone’s life!

Read a book!

To be perfectly honest, I have absolutely no idea what to write in this space. I mean, what am I supposed to say?

“Hi, my name is Jim and I’m writing a blog entry.”

I think that’s kind of boring. And besides, who cares about my name or who I am or anything else about me? Because — and here’s the point — you don’t know me! You don’t know what I look like or how old I am or where I live or anything else about me. In fact, you don’t even know if my name is Jim (although it probably is).

But wait! It gets worse! You don’t even know if this website actually exists outside of your computer screen! Sure, it might look like it does because it has pretty colors and pictures and words on it. But how do we really know if other people are seeing the same thing that we’re seeing right now? And if they aren’t seeing the same thing as us, then how can we trust anything they tell us?

Baking, jewelry-making and sewing are fun hobbies.

If you enjoy baking, it can also be a great way to save money by making your own treats.

Jewelry-making is another one of those activities that involves both creativity and skill. You’ll need tools like wire cutters, pliers and other tools for this craft, but once you have them all in place you’ll be able to create beautiful pieces from metal scraps or beads.

Sewing is another popular hobby that requires some practice and skill before you become proficient at it. However, once you’ve learned the basics and gotten over any initial awkwardness with your sewing machine, it can become an enjoyable pastime that allows you the freedom to create whatever type of clothing or accessories you want!

There are so many other things you can do instead of wearing makeup that will still keep you occupied and happy.

If we’re being honest, there are days when I don’t wear any makeup at all. I don’t even bother with foundation or concealer, because why would I want to spend extra time applying it if I’m just going to take it off right away?

There are days when I don’t even bother with mascara or eyeliner. But there are also days when I do put on the full face — whether it’s because I feel like myself more when I’m wearing makeup or because it’s just my job and that’s what I have to do.

But no matter what, there’s one thing for sure: My face is always bare-faced before and after putting on makeup. That way, I can see how much time it takes me to get ready and how much time it takes me to get ready without makeup on.

You don’t need makeup to have fun after school!

You might be thinking that you need to wear makeup in order to have fun after school, but that’s actually not true at all. Many girls just wear makeup because they think they have to, which is a shame because it keeps them from being able to enjoy themselves.

The truth is, wearing makeup isn’t as important as some people make it out to be. It doesn’t make you cool or popular; it just makes you look like someone else!

If you want to be yourself, then there’s no reason why you shouldn’t take off your makeup and enjoy the rest of your day without worrying about how it will affect your social life.
